Meetings and Events Coordinator

Under the leadership of the International Executive Director (IED), the Meetings & Events Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the overall planning, coordination and execution of various meetings and events for Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and the seven regional conferences. This role requires a highly organized and experienced professional who will serve as a key support contact for all logistical arrangements, vendor relationships, and programming needs. · Support the management of all vendor relationships, including AV, catering, décor, hotel room blocks, and transportation logistics in coordination with event planning and execution. • Demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively with diverse teams, including executive leadership, volunteer members, and external vendors, in a professional and respectful manner. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • In-depth knowledge of event planning, non-profit/membership organizations (preferably sororities/fraternities), budget and contract management, and event technology.
