Kentro is hiring a highly experienced Mid - Level Event Planner & Communications Specialist to support our Defense Intelligence client onsite in Washington, D.C. (JBAB). This dual-role position is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of major Agency events, while also leading communications strategy, messaging, and content development to ensure clear, consistent, and impactful engagement across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-profile events, strong communication expertise, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders. • Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in event planning and communications. • Strong knowledge of event logistics, protocol, and stakeholder engagement.
