Role • Research, plan, and coordinate NeuFit's presence at various events while managing event logistics, materials, and budgets. Responsibilities • Research and identify relevant events, conferences, and various shows • Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute event-specific marketing materials and campaigns • Manage event logistics including registration, travel arrangements, and materials for booth setup/breakdown • Maintain marketing material, event equipment, and promotional item inventory • Create and track event budgets • Coordinate shipping of materials and equipment • Book accommodations and transportation for team members as needed • Organize post-event reporting and ROI analysis • Serve as the main point of contact for event stakeholders • Facilitate the distribution of surveys to gather valuable internal feedback from the team.
