Office Assistant / Event Coordinator

SRS Real Estate Partners is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Event Coordinator to support daily office operations while planning and executing internal and client-facing events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and enjoys balancing administrative responsibilities with creative event coordination. If you’re detail-oriented, driven, and excited to play a key role in both office operations and standout events, we’d love to meet you. Plan and execute company events, including client appreciation events, broker meetings, conferences, and team gatherings Manage event logistics: venue selection, catering, invitations, registrations, and on-site coordination Work with internal teams to develop event timelines and budgets Coordinate marketing materials and branding for events Track RSVPs and manage guest communications as well as budget Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up 2+ years of administrative, office support, or event planning experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with event planning tools or CRM systems is a plus Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
