A fast-growing, venture-backed technology company is seeking an Office Manager & Events Coordinator to serve as the face of its San Francisco office and help build a warm, connected, and high-performing culture. • **This is a full-time, onsite role based in San Francisco. Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in office management, events, operations, or a related role • Warm, personable, and professional demeanor; comfortable being the face of the office • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working without a playbook • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion • Based in San Francisco and able to be in the office five days per week Compensation: We will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
