Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-Site) Compensation: $18–$20/hr + Event Commissions (Total: $18–$26/hr range) Employment Type: Part-Time (30 Hours/Week) Schedule & Compensation: • Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible, but must include some evenings and weekends) • Base Pay: $16–$20/hr • Event Commissions: $50–$200+ per event based on size and scope • Total Compensation Range: $18.75 - $26+/hr on average with commissions • Perks: Free coffee during Alchemist shifts & meals during Red Lion shifts The Alchemist – Event Coordination • Plan and manage a rolling calendar of events • Book DJs, performers, and trivia hosts • Be on-site to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction • Collaborate with management on logistics, setup, and staffing • Design and post flyers, Eventbrite listings, and social media content • Capture photo/video content during events Requirements: • Experience in hospitality, events, nightlife, or social media preferred • Must be based in Indianapolis and available to work on-site • Comfortable working evenings and weekends • Strong communication and organizational skills • Familiar with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, Eventbrite, Google Drive • Bonus if you have photography, video editing, or content creation skills Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
