Plan, organise, and manage live charity fundraising events and community activations throughout Indianapolis on behalf of our nonprofit partnersLead, train, and motivate a team of Promotional Fundraising Representatives on-site at every event — you set the tone, they follow your leadDevelop and execute event communication strategies that deliver consistent, on-brand messaging across every community touchpointBuild and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners, community organisations, and event venuesOversee all event logistics — venue setup, team scheduling, breakdown, and post-event reportingTrack team performance, donor acquisition results, and fundraising metrics — reporting insights to senior leadershipIdentify performance gaps within your team and develop action plans to close them fastDrive a high-performance, mission-focused team culture at every single eventWhat We Are Looking For A natural leader with a proven ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable in a fast-paced environmentA competitive, sports-minded mindset — you prepare like a champion and perform like one tooStrong verbal communication and organisational skills — equally sharp one-on-one and in front of a groupExperience in event management, fundraising, marketing, communications, or team leadership — preferred not requiredDegree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field — preferred not requiredComfortable managing multiple priorities and making decisions under pressure at live eventsReliable transportation for daily travel to event locations throughout IndianapolisFlexible availability including some evenings and weekends as events requireMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesWhat You Will Earn
