Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events within a Michaels store to provide a stress-free, fun, and engaging experience for guests. Complete operational tasks including truck unload, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards as needed to deliver our Brand Promises. • Engage with clients of all ages, from 4 to 94+, by creating an environment of fun and creativity. • Participate in daily store cleanliness activities including (but not limited to) sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness of restrooms • Must have experience working with children and children's events.
