Event Coordinator Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate events that provide an exceptional experience for guests. The role involves: • Organizing multiple events concurrently, including children's birthday parties and craft classes • Interacting with clients of all ages by creating an engaging environment • Leading party participants in creative activities, such as face painting and crafting • Implementing party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards • Communicating event details with clients and store team members • Completing administrative tasks as needed, including responding to emails and phone calls Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, experience working with children, and the ability to handle job stress effectively. Retail and customer service experience is required.
