Part-Time Event Planning Professional

As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing events that meet the needs of our clients. This includes coordinating with funeral directors, scheduling vendors, and communicating with support staff and families. Responsibilities: • Plan and execute events from start to finish, including setup, event coordination, and cleanup • Collaborate with funeral directors to understand client needs and preferences • Schedule vendors and manage event logistics to ensure seamless execution • Communicate with support staff and families to ensure smooth event progression You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining an Event Playbook, which will serve as a valuable resource for future event planning efforts. In addition, you will be required to perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering memorabilia, scanning photos, and drafting obituaries.
