Part-Time Events Manager

We work to strengthen the local economy and promote Los Gatos as a prime destination through strategic initiatives and signature events, while managing Visit Los Gatos (and the Visitor & Information Center) to attract visitors and drive local commerce. Reporting to the CEO, this role leads the planning and execution of our signature events, as well as select minor events, such as holiday strolls and Chamber Board/Staff retreats. Key Responsibilities • Event & Program Management: • Lead the production of signature annual events, including Taste of Los Gatos, Wine Walk, Magical Memories Holiday, and the Annual Chamber Celebration, as well as select minor events like Holiday Strolls. • Work with the CEO to execute sponsor activations. • Serve as liaison to the Board Events Committee.
