Partnerships & Events Coordinator (Miami)

We are currently looking for a Partnerships & Events Coordinator to work directly with the Director on brand collaborations, venue scouting, and event execution. ABOUT THE ROLEThis is not an administrative assistant position. You will be working closely with the Director and gaining direct exposure to luxury brand partnerships and experiential marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResearch and identify premium brands, venues, and potential collaboratorsSupport outreach and follow-up with brands (email + DM + coordination)Assist in managing partnership pipelines and communication trackingCoordinate influencer guestlists, RSVPs, and talent logisticsSupport event production (vendors, timelines, operational coordination)Be on-site during Clandestinemood events in Miami when required WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for someone who already understands fast-paced brand environments.
