PARTNERSHIPS & EVENTS COORDINATOR (MIAMI)Clandestinemood creates exclusive, one-time wellness and lifestyle experiences for a high-end female community. We collaborate with premium brands, venues, and talent to design curated events in Miami and internationally.

We are currently looking for a Partnerships & Events Coordinator to work directly with the Director on brand collaborations, venue scouting, and event execution.

This is a Remote hands-on role combining brand outreach, partnerships coordination, and live event production support.

ABOUT THE ROLEThis is not an administrative assistant position.

We are looking for someone who can actively participate in:

Brand conversations and outreachEvent production and coordinationTalent and influencer guestlist managementExecution of high-level experiential activations in Miami

You will be working closely with the Director and gaining direct exposure to luxury brand partnerships and experiential marketing. This is a remote WFH rol that requires to be present during events/experiences (in Miami).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResearch and identify premium brands, venues, and potential collaboratorsSupport outreach and follow-up with brands (email + DM + coordination)Assist in managing partnership pipelines and communication trackingCoordinate influencer guestlists, RSVPs, and talent logisticsSupport event production (vendors, timelines, operational coordination)Be on-site during Clandestinemood events in Miami when required
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are looking for someone who already understands fast-paced brand environments.

Ideal background:

You should be:

Comfortable speaking directly with brands and partnersHighly organized and proactive in executionNaturally detail-oriented with strong follow-up disciplineAble to move fast without needing constant supervisionBilingual: English & Spanish required
TIME COMMITMENTThis is a structured part-time role with real weekly commitment.

8–12 hours per week minimum availabilityMust be reliably available during agreed working hoursSome evenings/weekends required during events (always planned in advance)Flexibility is welcome—but consistency is essential
