The role available at the PHI-Warrington, PA Michaels store is a part-time position focused on event coordination and customer service within the retail environment. The primary responsibility of this position is to plan, coordinate, and facilitate a variety of events including children's birthday parties and other craft-related classes or events. The goal is to provide guests with a fun, engaging, and stress-free experience that encourages creativity and celebration.
In this role, the event coordinator will manage multiple events simultaneously and engage clients of all ages, from young children to seniors, by facilitating craft project completion, face painting, and other interactive activities. This requires strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and store team members and perform administrative duties such as answering emails and making phone calls.
