PREMIER WEDDING & EVENT VENUE HIRING OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / MANAGER

The White House Banquets and Event Center, a premier wedding and event venue located in the city of Anaheim, is currently seeking an office administrator to act as a liaison between its many faithful clients and esteemed personnel. The ideal candidate will be in charge of organizing and directing daily office operations -- from fielding new and existing client inquiries to managing customer records, you will be responsible for multi-tasking clerical work in a professional and timely manner; all within a fast-paced environment made up of event planners, wedding coordinators, designers, DJs, etc. - Scheduling and verifying appointments via phone / e-mail (i.e. setting up tours of the venue for new clients, keeping track of existing appointments) - Maintaining customer records (i.e. processing payments, logging changes to client's event order such as the purchase of additional in-house services; drafting digital layouts) - Upholding thorough communication between clients, event planning personnel and third-party vendors (i.e. arranging final walkthroughs and timeline reviews, scheduling food tasting events, requesting insurance documents, etc.)
