• Effectively communicate to all club operations departments the information necessary to successfully execute the member’s/client’s needs while maintaining a positive relationship with the member/client. • Accurately forecast events keeping JONAS up to date with correct and precise room rental, food and beverage revenue, Guest counts. • Participate in site visits and appointments with PE managers as needed. • Engage in the re-booking process as a natural progression while turning the sales process back to the PE manager. • Will handle the duties of the Private Events Assistant as needed.
