The Company This is an exciting new FT role working for a brand experience agency. Our client is looking for a Production (Event Coordinator) to join their agency! Key responsibilities will include: • Supporting the Producer with managing and coordinating all aspects of events from concept through to suppliers, proposals and event delivery • Assisting with the management of all event logistics and administration • Support the contract management and manage suppliers including venues, audio visual, catering and transportation providers • Providing the highest support to clients at all times • Conducting site inspections • Managing event timelines, milestones and event run sheets • Serve as the point of contact for event attendees and answer any queries • Manage all event registrations, guest lists and VIP invitations and requirements for attendees The anticipated base salary range for the Executive Producer role is $65,000 - $75,000 + benefits dependent on experience.
