Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Event Coordinator. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events hosted by us. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and organization of corporate and private events • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams • Manage event logistics including set-up, guest lists, and schedules • Conduct venue inspections and support onsite event execution • Track timelines and ensure event compliance with standards • Provide administrative support such as documentation and follow-ups • Handle client communication with professionalism and clarity Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) • 1–2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
