Program and Event Director

The Program and Event Director serves as the strategic leader for community programming and events across the YMCA's managed HOA and Metro District communities. Based primarily out of Cordera Community Center, this position is responsible for the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive portfolio of programs, events, and resident engagement initiatives across multiple communities. The Director is responsible for managing multiple event calendars, developing annual programming strategies, maintaining budgets, cultivating partnerships, and identifying new opportunities to increase resident participation and engagement. Essential Responsibilities Strategic Program Development - Develop and oversee annual programming strategies for all YMCA-managed HOA and Metro District communities. - Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities across multiple locations.
