Program & Event Planning Role Information
Job Title: To be confirmed based on experience
Work Hours / Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with additional hours as required to support programs and events
On-Site Requirements: Full-time on-site during the contract period; if transitioned to a regular full-time position, three days per week in the office and two remote
Travel Requirements: Moderate travel required, primarily between June and November, averaging approximately one week per month during this period

Planning and facilitation of virtual meetings and webinarsSupport in the planning and execution of in-person conferences, galas, and campus programsBudget development and forecastingSpeaker/sponsor fulfillment, management, and coordinationTech-savvy use of event management platforms, virtual meeting tools, and collaboration software (i.e., Robotexting, SendGrid, Twilio, Microsoft Office, ZKIPSTER)Cross-functional collaboration with various departments across the organizationProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SmartsheetStrong written and verbal communicationVendor oversight and coordination Required Background & Experience
