Must reside in CA to attend the office 3 days a week, up to 5 if needed.What You Would Do:The ideal candidate will represent the FIRST brand within a Solutions account for a Financial Services company, delivering exceptional service through project management and creative solutions. Responsibilities include managing virtual, in-person, and hybrid events globally, such as conferences, hospitality, thought leadership, sporting, and cultural programs.Your Contributions:Plan and execute multiple events in virtual, in-person, and hybrid formatsManage virtual event logistics, platforms, timelines, and communicationsHandle budgets, expenses, and financial reportingSource and negotiate venue and supplier contractsCoordinate registration, transportation, accommodations, A/V, webcasts, and speakersEnsure compliance with client standards and risk guidelinesTravel globally (approx. 20-30%) for site inspections and on-site managementConduct post-event analysis and client debriefsCollaborate with team and clients on large programsIdentify value-added opportunities and share best practicesBuild and deepen client relationshipsWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5-7 years of event management experience, preferably in corporate or financial servicesExperience managing high-profile events and senior clientsStrong project management and budgeting skillsSelf-motivated, innovative, and organizedExcellent communication skillsWilling to travel globallyExperience with databases and Cvent preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficeBenefits:Comprehensive health plans, 401(k), flexible spending accountsPaid time off, wellness stipends, mobile allowanceAccess to Headspace, Teladoc, and other servicesGlobal project opportunitiesCompensation: US Residents: $70,000 - $115,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus.FIRST is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
