Role Summary The Project Manager serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Strategic Meetings & Engagement team within US Commercial Operations, responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling efficient, data driven processes across the full lifecycle of meetings and events. Operational Excellence & Project Delivery • Lead new Operational Excellence and departmental efficiency initiatives from intake through delivery • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and communications for initiatives • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions • Drive continuous improvement across processes and technology platforms supporting meetings and events • Own SOP development, documentation, and change management across shared processes Core Competencies & Skills • Expert project and program management capabilities • Strong operational excellence and process design mindset • Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and workflow automation tools • Data governance, reporting, and quality management expertise • Vendor, financial, and stakeholder management • Ability to influence change in complex, cross functional environments
