Project Manager in Live Event Production

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with the following experience and qualifications: • Experience developing comprehensive live event plans including related schematics, work plans and resource needs, • Has coordinated the ordering and receipt of purchases and rentals from vendors, • Experience managing the day-to-day operational aspects of projects, • Able to lead projects in the field, • Demonstrates a well-rounded background - a focus on lighting and/or video production is preferred, • Possess the abilities to work in a collaborative environment and to flex with scheduling changes, • Communicates effectively and professionally with a variety of people, and is comfortable discussing issues as they arise whether they be with team members or clients, • Is organized with an attention to detail, • Is able to anticipate and solve problems.
