This role will support the overall management of the restaurant operations while executing all private events, banquets, and special functions. Restaurant Operations: • Supervise daily front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences. • Collaborate with the kitchen and FOH to ensure smooth service flow. • Maintain a visible presence during events to address any issues or concerns in real-time.
