This role supports the sales and catering department by managing event details, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of functions. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Sales & Catering team with event coordination from initial inquiry through event completion. • Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales & Catering and other team members. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
