Position Overview The Cove Social Club is seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Coordinator to guide clients through the event planning process from initial tour to event execution. This role is responsible for showcasing the venue, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure the venue is prepared and presented beautifullyAct as the on-site coordinator during events to manage timelines and troubleshoot issuesProvide hands-on support to clients and vendors throughout the eventQualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in the wedding and event industryExperience coordinating weddings, corporate events, and private celebrationsStrong communication and customer service skillsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneouslyComfortable working evenings and weekends as required by event schedulesExperience with venue management software or event planning tools is a plusIdeal Candidate
