In addition to coordinating and managing events on-site, the Sales and Event Coordinator will play a role in outbound calls for various events and driving sales. This position is heavily operations and guest service driven, with a strong focus on building relationships and filling the calendar with successful events. Coordinate and host events including but not limited to: private events, corporate outings, group events, and field trips public skating theme nights, watch parties, community days, and specialty rink programs. Excellent organization and time management skills Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once Comfortable leading a team and directing staff or volunteers on event days Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments Team player with a self-starter attitude and creative mindset Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events Experience in event sales or venue bookings
