Other duties will include but not limited to light selling, event detailing, and group housing for smaller or social based groups. Enter group blocks into reservation system • Work with Events Teams on detailing upcoming functions as needed including obtaining guarantees and confirming arrangements • Assist managers on creative projects including proposals, direct mail pieces, invitations, and special events • Input group rooming lists using reservation systems, revise room blocks to maintain the required number of available rooms, and keep organized files of all groups • Assist guests and clients with event changes, requests, and other needs as appropriate • Monitor ordering of office supplies and sales collateral to ensure sales offices is stocked with necessary materials • Other necessary duties as reasonably assigned by manager • Mainsail Lodging & Development is a proud equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to attracting, retaining, and maximizing the performance of a diverse and inclusive workforce.
