Other miscellaneous tasks may be assigned by the General Manager and Director of Sales. The Sales & Events Coordinator will be required to be on-property during events held at the hotel. Monitor and control the Delphi GRC Calendar to ensure all bookings are updates and feature the proper booking Update Actuals monthly after the Group/Event has checked out of the hotel. Qualify sales leads generated by General Manager and Director of Sales Confidently conduct property tours (Site Tours) with clear communication of hotels' amenities Assist in training Front Desk Team to sales and revenue management initiatives Required to be cross trained with other departments and may be required to perform such task on a periodic basis Overall Guest Satisfaction is of highest priority!
