Plans events and ensures the event runs smoothly, on time and according to the customer's expectations. Orders linens required for events on time. Assists banquet staff (when necessary or in urgent situations) with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests. Total all charges for events and prepare invoice to present to customer for payment. 32 hours per week, weekends as need.
