Sales Representative/Event Coordinator – Power Up Fort Wayne Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana | Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission What You’ll Do: • Visit businesses and schools in person to promote our services • Make cold calls and send emails to book new group events • Build relationships with local organizations and create repeat business • Keep track of leads and report your progress to the team • Represent Power Up Fort Wayne in a professional and positive way What We’re Looking For: • Sales or customer service experience (outside sales is a plus) • Great people skills and confidence talking to new people • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Organized and able to manage your time well • Familiar with the Fort Wayne area What We Offer: • Base pay plus commission • Fun work environment and a supportive team • Opportunity to grow with a growing business Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
