Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Event Coordinator, with the flexibility to work remotely.
In this position, you will lead the design, planning, and execution of both in-person and virtual events.
Your key responsibilities will include managing budgets, collaborating with clients to align event goals with creative visions, coordinating logistics, sourcing entertainment and talent, and ensuring successful event delivery.
You will also be responsible for nurturing client relationships and maintaining high standards of experiential and operational excellence.

Qualifications
• Strong event planning and management skills to effectively handle the design, logistics coordination, and execution of events
• Proven ability to budget and manage the financial aspects of event production
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members
• Experience in sales or business development related to the event industry
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with experiential marketing and creative event design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
