Senior Event Coordinator

This position requires a charismatic individual with a strong understanding of the products featured, who can effectively engage with consumers and drive sales in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain event execution equipment and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage in the designated backroom area.Act as the main point of contact for store management in the absence of the Supervisor, ensuring smooth communication about upcoming and past events.Provide support and leadership to the team while offering assistance on event kits, materials, and tools as needed.Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of represented products to effectively engage consumers.Proactively interact with consumers to demonstrate and sell products with a positive, engaging approach.Prepare and serve food samples, including raw meats, produce, and eggs, in accordance with food safety guidelines.Utilize small appliances such as microwaves and fryers to prepare food samples.Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary workstation while using appropriate cleaning supplies.Adhere to company appearance standards by maintaining a professional demeanor.Set up and prepare the Event Table for product demonstrations.Fulfill all assigned tasks promptly and thoroughly.Assist in preparing for client visits and make necessary audit corrections.Build strong relationships with store personnel to align with company and client goals.Complete all required documentation and expense reports as per company policy.Capture digital photographs of the Event Table setup to showcase success stories for clients.This part-time role typically does not exceed 25 hours per week, subject to change based on business needs.
