Senior Event Manager, Event Producer

Che Fico’s role in these events varies from strictly catering to full event production including design board creation, rental ordering and contracting all of the necessary vendors to make the event a success (including but not limited to florist, transportation, bar, and even entertainment). The Event Producer is responsible for leading all offsite/full service events across all Back Home Hospitality properties. - All client and internal communication including all coordinating with the client and updating Che Fico managers as event updates come in - Keeping all logistics for each event organized by creating a Google Drive folder with all necessary documents: Menu, Planning & Details Spreadsheet, Floor Plan(s), Vendor Contracts, Rental Orders - Be the main point of contact at the event - directing, managing, coordinating, and collaborating with the client, vendors, and Culinary Team ensuring the timely execution of the event timeline
