Our client, a luxury event company, is looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join their team full time starting as soon as identified! The Senior Event Project Manager Will Be Responsible For • leading cross-functional teams in the end-to-end planning and execution of complex events • managing client relationships with professionalism and precision, ensuring satisfaction from concept to completion • overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, and contract negotiations, including multi-million-dollar agreements • developing and managing Run of Show (ROS) and Production Schedules from pre-production through on-site execution • ensuring all events are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety standards • conducting thorough pre- and post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement • troubleshooting challenges on event day with a calm, solutions-oriented approach • Eligibility: Immediately • Accrual rate: Sick Days do not accrue and are available immediately [email protected] • Please do NOT change the email subject line in any way.
