Senior Public Event Manager - Full Time

The Indianapolis Zoo is looking for a Senior Public Event Manager to lead our public event team and drive event promotion and management. What You'll Do • Serves as a key member of the Zoo's public event team. • Works closely with the event consultant to grow and expand public events at the Zoo. • Directly responsible for planning and implementation of event details for xZOOberance, Halloween ZooBoo and Christmas at the Zoo, including contracting, supervising and coordinating vendors involved in set-up and tear down of buildings and decor for each event. • Good public speaking/presentation skills.
