This position will be responsible for effective coordination and communication for the Special Events office, administrative support, bookings for In-House events, assisting in the production of marketing materials, and reports as well as any support necessary to operate successful events and activities within the Club. The Special Events Coordinator is responsible for the following: • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly interdepartmental communications materials, reports and standard operating procedures. Other duties as directed by the Director of Special Events and Special Events Manager.
