We are seeking a Special Events Coordinator to support the success of the region’s fundraising events. • Coordinate the planning and execution of fundraising events, including timelines, vendor relationships, logistics, budgets, and on-site event operations. • Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to develop and manage event-related materials, including external communications, printed materials (such as signage, programs, nametags, and bid sheets), and event scripts. 1–3 years of experience coordinating special events, preferably in a nonprofit or fundraising environment. Skills and Abilities: • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple event timelines simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups including volunteers, donors, committees, and vendors • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced event environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with spreadsheets and event tracking tools required • Team-oriented with a commitment to collaboration and Camp Good Days’ mission • Valid driver’s license required; ability to travel locally as needed for events and meetings.
