Special Events Coordinator

Responsible for working with the Marketing Department on all event related materials and content. • Assist with managing on-site production and logistics of all major events. Work in collaboration with the Special Events Manager and the Marketing team on the following: • Create special event social media and email promotion schedule. • Work closely with marketing department on all digital and print deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal skills both in-person and on the phone, with high professionalism.
