Special Events Manager

FLSA DUTIES STATUS: Exempt The essential job duties include but are not limited to: Oversight and manage event planning (including sponsorship requests, in-kind auction donations, volunteer management, budget and vendor relations) including, but not limited to: Green Tie Gala, Reds, Whites and Brews, and Regional Fundraising Events Serve as primary coordinator and staff liaison of annual Green Tie Gala, Reds, Whites and Brews and all event committees. Coordination with internal departments and/or external vendors for the creation of marketing materials and execution of marketing efforts. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Annual Giving or Senior Director of Development and Outreach.
