Serve as Manager on Duty during events as needed. The following typical tasks and responsibilities are representative of this class. Represent and/or act as the General Manager in the General Manager's absence as the leader of Rabobank Arena, Theater and Convention Center and the Bakersfield Ice Sports Center as directed by the General Manager. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Performing Arts, Theater, Recreation or related field and five years of professional experience in entertainment, marketing or related field including at least two years of supervision; or an equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the capabilities to perform the job. INSURANCE: The City and the employee share contributions for premiums for health insurance coverage.
