Coordination of Meeting Administration Processes • Oversees the operational planning and execution of meeting registration, speaker coordination, travel, and all other administration aspects of creating a successful meeting. • Management of Staff • Manages support staff of 6+ coordinators. • Acts as a back-up for Meeting Planners • Acts as Home Office point of contact/trouble-shooter when Meeting Planners are traveling. • Seven years of experience/knowledge of meeting administration with some of those years at NM to become familiar with the culture, Field and Company systems and operations. • Superior written and oral communication skills required with the ability to positively influence, work cooperatively, and negotiate with all levels of employees and the field • Leads and manages teams to be flexible and able to respond to change in a fast-paced environment.
