Position Summary The Life Enrichment Director plans, organizes, coordinates, and facilitates life enrichment activities that are beneficial and complimentary to the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior living community. Required Experience for Life Enrichment Director Responsible for completion of all administrative tasks (e.g., budget management) pertaining to Life Enrichment with the ability to delegate where appropriate to Life Enrichment support roles. The classification description is intended to indicate the general kinds of tasks and levels of work difficulty that are required of positions given this title and should not be construed as declaring what the specific duties and responsibilities of any particular position shall be.
