The Event Planner will work on the Regional Events team, which plans regional events such as: Company picnics, sporting tournaments, Smiles Goal parties, and Kids Christmas parties. Event Coordinator Responsibilities • TEMPORARY6-month Event Planner 1 assignment, for the Events Department • Plan and execute Smiles Goal parties for In-N-Out Burger associates, such as researching locations, negotiating contracts, coordinating vendors, and managing event budget • Manage ongoing communication with Store Management regarding event date, location, and other logistics • Provide the highest quality event experience for our Associates • Work on a project with excellence from inception through completion • Assist with administrative tasks to help the team stay organized and provide excellent customer service • Assist and support the Events Department with onsite and “day-of-event” activities and operations as needed • Department needs will call for occasional evenings and weekends • Travel time: It is anticipated that 10-15% of the work time will be spent in the field and will require overnight and weekend travel to the states where In-N-Out Burger operates • Temp dates; work duration subject to change • *Would prefer a full-time/40 hours per week event planner, but willing to be flexible Qualifications for INO associates • In-N-Out Burger Store experience: At least 2 years – Prefers Level 5 or above • Support experience a plus: Office experience is beneficial in this role • Strong interest in pursuing a career as an Event Planner
