The Crocker Art Museum is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Temporary Event Assistant to support our Private Events Department during a busy season. • Internal Communication & Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, including operations and events departments, to support private event needs. • Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with museums or cultural institutions is a plus The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
