Temporary Marketing Events Manager

Detail-oriented and proactive, the Temporary Marketing Events Manager will lead the execution of virtual, in-person, and hybrid events for a top-tier national law firm, managing logistics and collaborating with attorneys and business development teams in a fully remote, contract role anticipated to last 6 months. Key responsibilities Plan and execute high-impact client and firm events from start to finish Manage logistics for seminars, conferences, and networking events, including venues and vendors Track budgets, process invoices, and deliver post-event reporting and insights Required qualifications 5+ years of event planning experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment Proficiency with Cvent (or similar event management tools) and Microsoft Office Strong project management and organizational skills Experience managing multiple events simultaneously
