Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and experience in events management or hospitality settings. Responsibilities • Scan tickets and distribute wristbands to guests efficiently and accurately • Verify ticket authenticity and assist guests with entry procedures • Manage guest flow to prevent overcrowding and ensure safety compliance • Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously • Enforce event policies and handle conflicts or disruptions calmly and effectively • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by providing excellent customer service • Assist with crowd control during peak times and special events • Support other event staff as needed to ensure seamless operations Requirements • Prior experience in events management, hospitality, or customer service preferred • Strong conflict management and guest service skills • Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately when required • Experience with children, theater, resort, or food service environments is advantageous • Public speaking skills helpful for engaging with guests and making announcements • Lifeguard experience is a plus but not mandatory • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends if necessary Join our team for an exciting opportunity to contribute to memorable events while developing valuable skills in guest services and event operations!
