This full-time position plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of trade shows and corporate events, reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Experience & Events. In this role, the Trade Show & Events Planner will be responsible for maintaining the annual trade show schedule while managing budgets and vendor relationships essential to the successful execution of events. The planner will collaborate closely with multiple teams, including sales, medical legal review, and brand managers, ensuring a smooth and well-organized presence across various trade shows and corporate activations.
