Venue Coordinator

Purpose of the Role The Venue Coordinator ensures smooth, efficient, and professional operation of all venue events, client interactions, staffing, scheduling, vendor relations, and facility readiness. Administrative Duties • Maintain venue calendar and prevent double-bookings • Maintain insurance proofs for all external vendors • Prepare weekly summary report: events, issues, revenue collected, notes • Required Skills & Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in catering, hospitality, or sales support roles • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable leading teams and giving direction • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with light setup • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor • Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling software, messaging apps) • Basic social media proficiency (Instagram and TikTok) • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules • Typically 20–30 hours depending on event volume Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
