Venue Operations Coordinator

The Venue Operations Coordinator supports special events across Metro Events’ San Francisco and Oakland venues by partnering with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, safe, and successful experience. This is an on-site role across our San Francisco office and Oakland venues; reliable commuting is required. Assists with permit applications and supports coordination with government agencies, the Port of San Francisco, and other regulatory bodies, with guidance from the Operations Manager. Experience: Interest in venue management, logistics, hospitality, or client service. Employment with Nautilus International Holding Corporation is at-will, meaning either the employee or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.
