Title: Virtual Event & Mobile App Event Manager No one is a stranger, and you understand how to connect with everyone, treating all with respect • An independent problem solver who is solution oriented and takes initiative without being prompted • This person thrives in a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate grace-under pressure • Demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate the team and encourage them to work together to achieve a common goal • A "Do What It Takes” Team player who leads by example demonstrating how to work productively and with a positive attitude • Can handle a high volume of demand leading up to and during the event • Basic understanding of technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the marketplace • Capable of producing executive level PowerPoint slides for meetings • Experience working with end-to-end event management platforms is a must • Strong understanding of post-event metrics and their importance to the overall event success • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint, and Project Management tools • Comfortable using Webex collaboration software as main communication tool • Ability and willingness to travel 7-14 days for pre-event site visits and to support the event in-person in September 2025.
